This website provides a service that allows users to create photo mosaics using images they upload themselves. Uploaded images and generated mosaics are processed solely for the purpose of creating mosaics for the exclusive use of the user.

The website operator does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

Only the user’s email address is disclosed to Stripe for payment processing purposes. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded images and generated mosaics are automatically deleted 30 days after the user’s last activity on the website.

Users may delete their image libraries and mosaics at any time using the website’s functionality, resulting in earlier deletion.

Email addresses and transactional records may be retained for longer periods where required for legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.

8. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is processed within the European Union, it is subject to data protection standards recognized as adequate under Swiss data protection law.

No data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection without appropriate safeguards.

9. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data and uploaded images against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
